Orders paid by check may take longer to fill, as the order may be held until the check clears. There is no hold on credit card or money orders - they are normally shipped within 3 days. Custom necklaces may take a little longer to ship, because they are individually hand-made. If you are in a rush, let us know - we'll do our best to get the order out faster. All payments must be in US dollars. Checks must be from a US bank.
Orders received by 10:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the next morning. Orders received after 10:00 p.m. will be treated as an order placed the following day. Orders are NOT shipped the same day they are ordered. Please be aware - there are a few locations that the Post Office does not deliver to next day, but second day instead.
