Our two partners and full-time consultants, Ethel Himmel and Bill Wilson, have completed nearly 300 projects with libraries, library systems, and state library agencies in thirty-five states since our start-up in 1987. Himmel & Wilson has its offices in an historic craftsman-style structure in Milton, Wisconsin.
