Although kept busy establishing an enviable reputation in Guernsey tourism, Tony found just a little time to meet and marry local girl Margaret and in 1958 wee David appeared.
After years of hard work and dedication Tony and Margaret developed two of the islands finest hotels, La Hougue Fouque Farm Country Hotel and The Cobo Bay Hotel.
David and his wife Julie continue to personally oversee the family business with the same ideals of fine food, friendly service and great value as laid down by Tony some 45 years ago.
