When John J. Nickles, Jr. joined his father, John, and his grandmother, Grace R. Lewis in the family real estate business, he became the fourth generation of his family to do so.
John J. Nickles, the principal member of Lewis & Nickles, Ltd joined the family real estate business in 1962, and has been at it full time since then appraising, buying, selling, renting, managing and consulting on residential, commercial and waterfront properties on the North Fork. Additionally he has held leadership positions in government and politics, serving the Southold he loves.
