Nancy Mason (L) came to our office in 2003. Originally from New Castle County, Nancy previously worked for a developer in the Pike Creek area for many years before retiring to the Georgetown area in 1994. After a couple of years of retirement, Nancy decided to re-join the workforce working for the Acme in Millsboro until it closed in 2002. At Sharon’s request, Nancy made the decision to join our team, and she’s been here ever since. Nancy currently lives in rural Frankford. What Nancy enjoys most about Sussex County are the local festivities. You can bet that Nancy will be there every year at events such as Ocean City’s Sun Fest, Bridgeville’s Apple Scrapple, Millsboro’s Big Thursday, and the many parades, car shows, and more.
Sharon Thompson (R) has been with Lester Realty since 2001. Many already know that Sharon is Nancy’s daughter, and also originally from New Castle County. Sharon relocated to Sussex County in 1997, where she worked in a medical facility office for several years, then a local community center where she was introduced to Ed Lester. The rest, as they say, is history. Sharon has been working with Lester Realty since 2001, organizing, updating, and working at bringing Lester Realty into the new millennium. Sharon is currently the assistant to Broker Ed Lester, and serves as office manager and a helping hand to everyone. Sharon lives in the Town of Georgetown with her husband, Brian, and two sons, Anthony and Dylan. Although she’s always available to help Lester Realty staff and clients, Sharon’s time away from the office is spent attending local functions with her family, drawing & sketching, riding her motorcycle, and enjoying the warmer seasons outdoors, either at home or on our beautiful beaches.
