Tammy Lenski, Ed.D., mediates, coaches and educates nationwide through her Dublin, NH firm, Lenski Strategic LLC. In private practice for almost 10 years, Dr. Lenski specializes in helping women executives, entrepreneurs and educators resolve workplace problems, manage difficult conversations effectively, and build great work environments. She is on the core faculty of Woodbury College’s Master’s of Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies program and is former director of the college’s undergraduate mediation program. Tammy holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Middlebury College, master’s and doctoral degrees in higher education from The University of Vermont, and a 500-hour mediation certificate from Woodbury. In addition to her private ADR practice, Dr. Lenski runs MediatorTech.com, a technology resource and consulting site for mediators and other private-practice professionals. Active in her field’s professional associations, she also serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution..
