Borrowing from the heritage of Anglo, Native American and Mexican cooking, we offer fresh, light dishes that explore the bold and exciting flavors of the American Southwest. Our chef fire-roasts chiles and vegetables daily for our sauces and salsa and our desserts are made fresh each morning. Best of all our food is intended to be shared with a group.
