Brisby Construction is a builder of fine homes in the Humboldt County area. We specialize in creating the total package custom home, from lot development and home design through construction. We often build on the difficult or unique sites that make Humboldt County a very special place to live. Our home plans are individually designed for a specific site with respect for the natural features of the land. We emphasize views, southern exposure, and dramatic light-filled interior spaces.
Lee Brisby is a general building contractor with experience in the construction industry since 1978. Over the years he has been involved in nearly every phase and type of residential and commercial construction. Lee obtained his contractor's license in 1988, working on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects until 1996, when he began the first of the design-build quality custom homes that have become our specialty. Lee and Kay Brisby work together from design through completion. It is a very challenging and rewarding process that we both enjoy.
