My-Tronic GmbH was founded in 1991 having as its main field of activity the development and the production of electronic building groups and devices. Like many small companies, My-Tronic started with just two engineers and a modest capital. The first projects included:

- - Products for the automotive industry such as: remote control systems, UPS – uninterruptible power supplies, transponder systems and LED displays

After a careful examination of the market, due to the fact that ecologic systems were always a concern for the company, in 2003 the general manager, Norbert Ernst, decided to pay more attention to the SSL industry – with a special consideration for RGB LED techniques. This is how the DecoLED system was created as a simple solution with flexible alternatives to fit most of the application areas.
The choice was not accidental. Part of My-Tronic’s philosophy was always to avoid standardized products and to give its clients multiple choices. “Take it or leave it” was never My-Tronic’s motto. The LED portfolio includes, among other projects:

The newest line of products includes decorative lighting objects: Spheres, Cubes, Columns and Wall Panels in different sizes, to be used outdoors or indoors as genuine eye catchers and mood enhancers.
