In March 2004, Le Cache was acquired by Planet One Products, Inc., a company founded by investment bankers Ben Argov and Keith Sedwick, and businessman Bruce Kirsten, who were committed to redesigning and reengineering the company with the assistance of Brad Freeburne, the founder of Le Cache. Troubled by the industry's poorly-designed products, expensive prices and misleading ads, we believed that customers would respond favorably to better products, simple pricing and excellent customer service. Beginning in November 2004, we introduced our new line of high-quality wine cabinets featuring contemporary styling, premium woods, straightforward pricing and the best warranty in the business.
