LASA Development is a new kind of Service Company, what we call a networked company. LASA makes its income from utilising synergies with other organisations either in partnership or as joint ventures. In doing this, we can help our joint clients to improve their Business Effectiveness (and bottom line performance) in a way that neither organisation could do on its own.
We create these synergies based upon the solid experience of our principals in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Creativity and Organisational Change.
LASA is an international consulting organisation. It was established in Belgium in 1990 and now has offices in the United Kingdom and Nepal.
