Hello, my name is Larry Hale. I am 52 years old and a retired Police Officer from Michigan. I am married and my wife Lisa is also a retired Police Officer from Michigan. Notice I did not give her age.. We have friends in beautiful New Mexico and after hearing them rave about the area, we started looking into buying property there. The Albuquerque area is booming right now and New Mexico's largest city is spreading North and South.
We purchased these lots at a good price and are now able to pass that on to you. We now live in Florida and as you know, the property prices here have gone through the ceiling in just the last 4 years. It seems that people are investing their money into land instead of the stock market. Don't blame them, the stock market hurt us a few years ago, but that is another story. As you look, you will see that these lots are in groups of 3 or more. The Valley Improvement Association requires at least 3/4 acres to build on. Once sewer and water are in, you will be able to build on the 1/4 acre lots.
