Our charges are dependant on the size and value of the property, but as an example they can vary from Ja$12,500 plus GCT for a valuation of a Ja$5,000,000 house in Kingston upwards. For larger properties, a discount structure will apply. Valuations out of the Kingston area attract a travelling fee of Ja$20 per mile.
