- Dr. Hugo Chavez, originally from Peru, obtained his D.D.S. in 1985 form the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia. He practiced General Dentistry with emphasis in orthodontics from 1985 to 1987 and also worked as volunteer in the Peruvian Cancer Institute. From 1987 to 1988, Dr. Chavez participated in the Program of Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthetics of Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, where he learned about the prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with post oral cancer surgery, and the management of the side effects of chemotherapy and head and neck radiation. In 1991, Dr. Chavez obtained his master's degree in Oral Sciences form the State University at Buffalo, New York. Dr. Chavez has been practicing as a solo practitioner in Orlando, Florida since 1991.
