- 11th Annual, Giant Bicycle Lake to Lake Classic, Sunday June 21, 2009
- This is a mountain bike ride from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario, featuring some of Niagara's best trails and local landmarks. Based on the routes along the original and current Welland canals, this is a "Classic" citizen's event like few others. In the past, this event has attracted over 1000 participants from across Ontario and south of the border. The course is an all weather, flat to rolling route, with many challenging single-track sections, guaranteed to entertain and deliver an undeniable sense of accomplishment for all levels of riders.
