- Howdy! I'm Bob. My wife and I own Lakeshore Bait & Tackle in Clearlake, CA. I'm originally from the East Coast. I was born in Albany, NY and grew up in Hopkinton, MA. After high school, I spent a decade in the Navy as an ET. I left the Navy in '95 as an ET1(SW) and joined the police department in Santa Rosa, CA. I was a cop there until the end of 2004 when an injury forced my retirement. My last four years there were spent doing Accident Investigation & Reconstruction in the Traffic Unit. I loved reconstruction work, but decided to do something for myself when that career ended.
