A native of Southern California and graduate of California State University at Northridge, Phil and his family are living the good life in Lake Arrowhead and have been full time residents for the past 8 years. Phil’s wife Erin is a critical care R. N. at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and his daughter, Lisa, attends Grandview Elementary in Lake Arrowhead. Phil is involved in numerous community activities. He sponsors and acts as assistant coach for Lisa’s softball, basketball and soccer teams and is a member of the local Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl Assoc. and Quail Unlimited chapters.
Phil has held a California Real Estate Brokers License since 1981. He began his residential real estate career in Lake Arrowhead in 1997. His former position prior to relocating to Lake Arrowhead was Senior V. P. and Sales Manager of the Grubb & Ellis Riverside office. The many years of commercial/ industrial real estate experience has enabled Phil to become very familiar with area demographics, property searches and contract negotiations.
As broker of Arrowhead Real Estate Services, Phil is known on the mountain as the “hard working nice guy” as well as a tough negotiator. His list of satisfied clients is long and the proof is that many have completed multiple transactions with him. Phil specializes in both selling and listing Lake Arrowhead properties.
