Under the direction of Madan Sharma, President of the Laj Construction, our supervisors conduct their own inspection of the construction every step of the way. They are on hand from the moment the first trench is dug until the last coat of paint has been applied. They inspect everything from the framing to the electrical wiring. In addition as a Laj's buyer you are invited to spend a morning with the constriction operator's manager while your home is under construction so you can experience what's going on.
Well known for beautiful homes and quality workmanship LAJ's involvement however doesn't stop when the construction is completed. After the management team has made sure that every detail lives up to the company's high standards, the new owners are offered a "pre-move-in" tour led by a company executive; and when they are settled in to their new home the company president arrange for a visit.
