Description
This is an opportunity for children as young as 8 to have fun using SCUBA in the safe environment of a swimming pool.
Traditional version- This programme is designed to permit individuals to experience SCUBA diving under direct instructor supervision. A short academic presentation is followed by a familiarisation session in the pool, where the basic skills necessary are developed before the open-water SCUBA dive.
New version for 2003- This experience involves a short safety briefing before a shallow sea dive under the direct supervision of your PADI instructor. No formal skills are assessed during the experience, therefore it cannot be credited towards the Open Water Course.
