The Foundation : This Society was established in the fond memory of a freedom fighter and a social worker Shri Man Mohan Mathur ( fondly known as Lachooji ) by his elder brother great freedom fighter Shri Mathura Das Mathur Bha' ji on 21st July 1965.The foundation of the college was laid by then Chief Minister Shri.Mohan Lal Sukhadia.
Born on Sept. 6, 1918 at Jodhpur did his schooling from Jodhpur and B.Sc from Lucknow University in 1935. He was quite impressed by the philosophy of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohiya. He joined M.Sc ( Zoology ) but couldn't continue as he joined the independence movement. Mean while he joined L.LB and completed it in 1939. At the same time he was quite active in the independence movement. He was imprisoned many times. On 13th march 1947 in Dabda village in Nagaur District,
