Karen Waite is our enthusiastic founder and one of our trainers, with extensive technical knowledge and over nine years experience as an IT Instructor, covering both classroom based training and e-learning courses on a range of topics, which have included the Installation and configuration of PC software, hardware and network components.
As well as training Karen has technical support and consultancy experience and can assist in both the design, implementation and troubleshooting of network based solutions.
