We are Gary and Ali, or Kool Kombi, whichever you prefer, a husband and wife team based in the beautiful Nelson area of the South Island of New Zealand. That's us in the photo on the right.
Our passion and specialty is in customising and restoring classic VW kombis so that they can be hired or sold to travelers who want a special camper van for a special New Zealand journey. We also repair, service and restore other people's Kombis or Beetles at a competitive hourly rate.
