We are a small, family-run company, based in Suffolk. We set up kittykins after we'd spent hours before our son was born, searching the internet for information about the various cloth nappy brands while trying to work out what system suited our budget, our lifestyle and our baby best.
Tom is now our chief tester and has used every product we sell. We have tried to be honest about the performance of the products, but inevitably what works well for us may not be so good for you. We appreciate your feedback about the products we sell and aim to keep the site advice up to date based on user feedback as well as our own experience.
We work around the needs of our family so sometimes we don't keep 'normal' office hours! We are usually available to answer the phone between 10.00am and 4:00pm but sometimes the answer machine will pick up your call if we are busy packing orders or dealing with deliveries. Please do leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
