Kipp/Flores Architects began doing business in 1987. Both Cary Kipp, A.I.A. and Sabas Flores, A.I.A. are graduates of the University of Texas School of Architecture. They began their careers together with a large national builder where they were responsible for the design of 4,000-5,000 single family and multifamily units a year.
