As a public charter school, KCA is free of charge and open to residents of the City of Kinston, Lenoir, Greene, Jones and surrounding counties. The curriculum design includes the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, K-2 assessments, comprehensive K-8 developmental writing and balanced literacy programs.
