Kinetics is just me - Ben Cooper. I do the lot - build bikes, pack mail orders, answer emails, do the accounts (when I really, really have nothing better to do), make the coffee, and create this website.
That means I’m often a wee bit busy, sorry ;-) If you need to contact me urgently, then the phone is the best idea - I do answer emails, but it might take me a couple of days, as I usually do emails in the evening with a large beer.
Sources of info - the Knowledgebase is a giant load of questions and answers, and there’s a FAQ about us too. There’s also a list of reviews of the bikes, a list of any special offers we have, and the all-important small print...
