Kim's Confections was founded in 2003. After spending many years in the corporate world as a Quality Engineer, Kim decided to be her own boss and set her own quality standards. The result is a confectionery dedicated to quality and personal service.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. While the chocolate is outstanding, the personal attention given to all of our clients is exceptional. We specialize in custom orders. We have been commissioned to create new products for teacher gifts, corporate gifts and just to suit personal taste. Call us to design your very own unique gift!
We proudly feature Mercken's chocolate. This high quality chocolate is made in the USA, but tastes like the fancy European brands. We also feature a wonderful summer coating for our other confections. What's the difference? "Real" chocolate contains cocoa butter, and takes great care to temper properly. Summer coating instead uses vegetable oil to give good mouth feel and to handle temperature variations more easily.
