In 2006, KILPATRICK & HART, LTD., INC., began its 18th year of operation, having begun as business consultants in the late 1980's.
In this capacity, we created business, marketing and financial plans for large and small corporations. Eventually, we were asked to create loan request packages for our clients. This brought us into the ever-changing world of commercial financing. Today, with a staff of twelve plus, we operate as nationwide and international “specialized commercial loan consultants," with offices in New Jersey and Ohio.
As correspondents to a multiple-number of specialty lenders, we use our network of lenders and investors from our established relationships, database and source materials to serve as commercial financing consultants for our clients, including equity financing/seed capital and debt/equity for both corporate and real estate transactions. Start-up corporations have been funded and are a specialized niche of the investment banking firm, to whom we have been National Correspondents since 1994.
