Greg Baird is Founder/Director of Kids In Focus. Greg has spent most of the past 17 years as a Children’s Pastor in the San Diego area, beginning his ministry under the leadership of John Maxwell at Skyline Church. Greg has been the first Children’s Pastor at three churches, applying evaluation techniques and development principles that he now offers in through Kids In Focus. Greg provides Children’s Ministry coaching, training and consulting in fulfillment of his vision to reach kids for Christ and help others do the same. He is the creator of the Children’s Ministry Spring Training One-day Conferences held annually in Southern California. Besides the Kids In Focus training, Greg presents Group Publishing’s Children’s Ministry Magazine Live one-day seminars, and also writes occasionally for Children’s Ministry Magazine. Greg has been married for over 14 years, and lives in the San Diego area with his wife, Michele, and two sons, Taylor & Garret.
