The mission of the Kurdish Human rights Watch, Inc. (KHRW) is to enable Iraqi, Kurdish, Iranian, and other refugees and homeless persons to achieve self- sufficiency and human rights. KHRW began in 1989 with a mandate to advocate for human rights for the Kurdish people in response to the atrocities committed against the Kurdish minorities in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey and the former Soviet Union.
