We have been in the design and construction field for over thirty years. Through our experience, this allows us to get it right the first time. Change orders cost the owners money, so we emphasize on asking the right questions from the start of any project. All design decisions are made before starting the construction drawings.
KFM Architectural Design will send you work-sheets or we can email one to you to help you in the decision process of choosing what you want in your dream house. We will combine these with notes, pictures of homes or details you like and start the question and answer portion of the process.
We will also generate preliminary sketches and drawings for your approval, so when you receive your final drawings you have exactlly what you want.
