"Make It Happen" is directed by Dr. Sharon Yoder, who received her doctorate from Temple University in the study of humor, creative leadership and its powerful impact in the workplace. She is a lecturer, workshop facilitator, small business owner, family counselor, columnist, and daily radio commentator, as well as guest commentator on numerous radio stations around the nation.
Dr. Yoder was awarded one of the five Blue Ribbon Presenters' Awards in Washington, D.C., by National Resources Network. She has appeared on People Are Talking to discuss her research in Humor Studies, and was recently recognized in the International Leaders Achievement by National Resources Network with worldwide recognition as one of our nation's leading experts in Humor Studies. Listed in Who's Who in Professional Speaking, Dr. Yoder is recognized as an outstanding public speaker, consultant, corporate trainer, and educator.
Dr. Yoder was also honored by the State of Delaware by being selected the Outstanding Mother of The Year for 2003!
