Market Opportunity
Nearly all of today's 10 Gbps communications rely on either expensive fiber optic technology, which was developed for long-distance high-speed communication, or unwieldy shielded 8-pair twinaxial copper cable. Since the vast majority of data centers have an installed base of structured copper cabling, current 10 Gbps solutions do not ideally address the needs of data centers.
