Keuka Studios, Inc. was founded by Dan and Jeanne White in 2002. It all began when Dan decided to combine his experience with metal and love for waterfront living to create furniture inspired by the finger lakes. The shape of the lakes are immediately recognizable by the residents of the lake and provided a unique canvas for Dan to exercise his creativity. He later expanded into unique driveway and garden gates followed by beautiful custom signs and sign brackets which are specified by architects and signs shops around the country.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design (product styling) and Architecture, Dan was drawn to 3 Dimensional, functional pieces. graceful lines and accuracy of form. Enduring construction methods and finishes are all hallmarks of Keuka Studios designs. “After so many years working to a thousandth of an inch, it is difficult not to build with precision” says Dan.
Artists are good a making things that look good, engineers make things that work well, at Keuka Studios, we achieve both.
