Founded in 1990, the Kernow Classic Bike Club's aim was to provide an event to remember, to broaden the spectrum of Old British Iron on the road. To return some of the wonderful hospitality offered to us by our friends in Brittany, to keep the spirit alive and party the way it should be done!
With the first rally under our belts in May 1991, it was obviously going to be a roaring success. The reaction from the guests was overwhelming, and it was decided there and then we would make it a regular event. This year will be the 12th rally, and we plan to make it even better than the last 11. More beer, more music and more British Bikes than ever before.
The Club meets once a month, plus all the usual Saturday night and Sunday afternoon gatherings. We hold a run to Brittany in June, taking in plenty of bars, much sunbathing, and generally not having a care in the world for a few days. If you ride in the Southwest and would like to contact us, please feel free to do so. All you need is a British Bike and a bucket load of enthusiasm.
