Kathy Tanner , owner of Tanner Realty of N.W. FL LLC, moved to Pensacola Beach in 1990 with her husband Dick and their two daughters. She grew up in Tampa and earned her Bachelors' Degree from Florida State University with a major in Business and a minor in Marketing. The Pensacola Bay Area Chapter of The Women's Council of Realtors awarded Kathy Top Gun Awards for outstanding sales performance and achievements in the real estate profession.
