Daniel Karchem was about 6 years old when he undertook his first real estate project, a tree house in his back yard. It was 3 stories with room for 2 buddies.
Karchem Properties Inc. was established in 1991. Our expertise is in commercial real estate development. We are distinguished by our ability to undertake projects with complex financing, design and construction issues such as land development, mixed use, historic preservation, adaptive use and multi-phased projects.
