Description
He spent two years as an apprentice in Nagoya, Japan from 1995 to 1997 where he studied the art of Japanese Cuisine.
Since his return to Canada, he has been a Chef at the following restaurants: Tama Sushi, Kamei Sushi (downtown location), Kamei Robata (Broadway location) and the Parkhill Hotel.
Kaide caters to many tastes, offering the traditional Sashimi and Nigiri Sushi to the not so traditional but ever so popular Vegetarian Menu.
