- Established on 1 April 2007 by André Ferreira, Jungle Gym World grew from a small playground manufacturing company with five personnel members, to a well-known company that provides a livelihood for 47 families and adheres to all Government prescripts and requirements. Initially the company only manufactured steel jungle gyms together with small educational toys. Due to demand, the company expanded to include wood playground manufacturing, managed by the wood partner Albert Jacobsz.
