Julie Lavin Fine Art is a privately owned New York art business. We specialize in the buying and selling of paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings and photographs by several of the world's leading Modern and Contemporary artists. We are dedicated to providing expert guidance to experienced or beginner art collectors. Our role is instrumental in assisting individuals and corporations with building a high-quality art collection.
For nearly a decade, Ms. Lavin worked in the Financial Services Industry. Her experience included several years as marketing director for Boston-based Fidelity Investments before entering the Fine Art business. Upon relocating to New York, she spent over five years at two leading New York art galleries, William Beadleston Gallery and most recently as director at Jeffrey Loria & Co. During this time she was one of the founding members and co-chairs of The Associates Committee of the ADAA, an organization dedicated to educating emerging art collectors. Ms. Lavin is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College where she studied art history. Additionally, she was awarded a degree from the Royal Society of Arts after successfully completing the Christie's Art Program in Paris, France.
