We are a family run business which has been established since 1980. The business has since been passed down to my husband and I and we intend to continue the high quality of manufacturing and standards of service set by my father.
The trailers are tailor made to each individual which sets you, the retailer apart from everybody else in the same industry when appealing to the general public to buy your product. The food industry if done right is the most profitable industry to be in, with profit margins ranging from 100% to 300%, but this can depend on where your catering trailer is situated. For example if you were trading at a fair or market you could afford to raise the price of a burger, but should you decide to sell on a industrial site or lay by, then you would have to keep your prices reasonable in hope that you retain and build up a customer base, like a café!
