Access to the new Full Text Electronic Version is available to libraries and other institutional subscribers who have a domain name with a dedicated IP address. The service is not available to Individual private subscribers at this time. Library and institutional subscribers who pay the full $112.00 subscription for year 2008 will be entitled to receive the printed version of the journal and also to access our new electronic version at an additional charge of $40.00.
