Chartered in 1966, Jefferson Parish School Board Employees' Credit Union (JPSBECU) started as a small organization on the second story of a florist shoppe. Since that time, the Credit Union has flourished into a $100 million full service financial institution serving over 17,000 members with three locations .
JPSBECU is a not-for-profit financial institution owned by its members. Membership is open to employees and retirees of the Jefferson Parish Public School System, students of the Jefferson Parish Public School System, and their family members.
