JPL Construction - serving the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas for over 30 years. JPL Construction has seen many new ideas and trends in building come and go and has itself evolved. JPL Construction has two principal owners, John Neefs and Berry Sintnicolaas. John is an original partner of JPL Construction and Berry has worked for JPL Construction for many years, obtaining his journeyman carpenter designation and finally becoming a partner in 2002.
JPL Construction specializes in quality custom homes in the Cowichan Valley area. Over the past 30 years, JPL Construction has steadily built its reputation for quality workmanship.
All homes built by JPL Construction are covered under the National Home Warranty Program for 10 years. We will be pleased to discuss this warranty coverage with you.
