There has been a jeweller occupying the premises on the corner of the Borehamgate Centre since it was first opened in the late 1980's and Mr Jonathan Lambert acquired the business in 2003. Jonathan had left school at sixteen to be apprenticed as a goldsmith and for 10 years before coming to Sudbury was a director of a Birmingham based manufacturer and retailer of fine diamond jewellery.
We are proud to be members of the National Association of Goldsmiths and pleased to have no less than three holders of the coveted Professional Jewellers Diploma working in the business. Mr Lambert was elected to the council of the association in 1997, appointed to the board of directors in 2000 and we are delighted to announce that he has been nominated to serve as the association's Chairman, taking office in June 2004.
