What I do: I'm the sole Microsoft MVP for all Messenger clients (MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger) on every Windows version. Secondly, I'm one of the customer support people at Streamload. I also spend a fair amount of time evaluating, testing, and analyzing software (Messenger specifically) as well as beta testing hardware and software, thanks in part of the Microsoft Beta Programs.

Past History: I've been involved with several sites and projects over the years, the most notable ones being MyDesktop and ActiveWin.
