All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt, it is our aim and usual practice to dispatch orders within 48 hours. If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch orders promptly we will advise you by e-mail. Unlike many mail order companies, we do not process debit or credit cards until the order is ready for dispatch, this means that you do not pay for goods we do not have in stock. Currently most orders are dispatched by Post Office first class mail, large bulky items are sent by Parcelforce. We do, however, reserve the right to select our carrier at our discretion.
