- Hi my name is Joe. I own JoesPlans.com. I am a designer for a home builder by day and a playhouse/dollhouse and what ever else designer by night and weekends. Joesplans.com was brought to life after I tried selling some of my custom home plans on Ebay. Needless to say most people do not look for their dream house plans on Ebay, but in trying this I noticed that there was a market for childrens playhouse and dollhouse plans. So I designed a few houses and started selling them on Ebay. The idea for JoesPlans.com actually came to me after I read the book The Silent Sales Machine Hiding on Ebay. This book gave me a whole new approach to selling my plans and it is working. If you would like a copy click on the book below it will take you to the authors website. Enough about the book. I have personally drawn each one of the plans on this site with AutoCad, and I stand behind them.
