It is very useful if you are Theme/Skin developer or artist who wants to describe digital painting and don't know how to name colors. All that you need to do is pick dominant color, put its value into "RGB Value" field, hit "Search..." button, and program will order all color names with best match at the top (So you can pick best match and call your theme for example: "[myName] Medium Orchid" or "Dark Yellowish Green Painting" :). This program supports 3718 well known color names (16 W3 + 267 X11 + 3435 Resene).
