Mr Freddie Elliott

After studying a vide range of subjects at Tonbridge School in Kent I decided to study sports coaching and business at Oxford Brookes University. I think that teams are important in any industry and it is vital to maximize the use of people working together, sharing ideas and interacting positively. Until recently I have been in New Zealand coaching hockey and cricket in one of the top mixed secondary schools in New Zealand. I also was challenged by taking my own PE class which at first put me out of my comfort zone which developed my skills to communicate and tolerate others with different views to me. While out there I worked in many bars just filling in when people were unwell and unable to work this experience I feel developed my skills to communicate further as culture is very different from what I am used to in England.
